The journey towards healthy living begins with the food we eat.   There are a lot of resources and dieting trends to help jump start that journey, but often they provide a temporary fix without a long term, reasonable solution.   28 Days of Purposeful Eats isn’t a diet trend, it’s discovering how to make unprocessed, nutrient-dense whole food a way of life.

The Standard American Diet (SAD) is laden with processed and refined foods, unbelievable amounts of sugar, additives and preservatives which all jeopardize the nutritional value, leaving the consumer with what we call “food”.  This food has left us with increasing medical conditions, declining health, poor energy,  and a quality of life that is pitiful.

In contrast, an unprocessed whole food lifestyle will provide your body with the fuel it needs to function to your best capacity while feeling great and full of life!

Transitioning from the Standard American Diet (SAD) can be challenging and overwhelming.  How is a whole food identified?   Where do you find it?  Does it take long to make?  Will it taste good?   Can I eat out when I transition to whole foods?   Is it expensive?    All valid questions the 28 Days of Purposeful Eats will answer.

Our program starts Saturday, February 3rd at 10:00am-11:00am at the beautiful Harmon Creek Farms Store in Hartville, Ohio.  This first in-person session will be followed by 4 consecutive sessions – Saturday 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, and 3/3, from 10:00-11:00am.  The 28 Days of Purposeful Eats ends on Saturday, March 3rd.
