This class will be hands-on! Join in on the fun of creating the meal for the night. Class participants will create several dishes that can be prepared and ready to serve in 30 minutes. Our menu for the night will feature these dishes: Super Seven Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing; Kale, Sausage & White Bean Stew; Thai Chicken Quinoa Bowls; Coconut Lemon Meltaways.
